| . . . but rather a giant natural amphitheater which was created by erosion along the eastern side of the Paunsaugunt Plateau. | ||

| Arriving within an hour of sunset we were able to watch . . . | ||

|

| . . . as the amphitheater took on different hues as the light began to fade. | ||
